 Babouche that can be worn outside

Each babouche is handmade by artisans in Morocco.

Babouches for inside wear are made entirely of soft sheepskin, from the soles to the uppers, but for COGTHEBIGSMOKE, the soles have been changed to cowhide so that they can be worn outside as well!

On the other hand, in Morocco, the shape of the upper of a babouche for outside wear is usually more pointed and triangular, but this babouche is made for both outside and inside wear with the same smooth curve for inside wear.

The sheepskin leather used for the upper is soft and breathable, so you can wear them barefoot in the summer to keep cool and dry, or with socks in the winter to keep warm, so they can be used in all seasons.

The left and right sides are not fixed, so the shape will become more comfortable to your feet as you wear them.

Please wipe them with a dry cloth for care.

Moroccan leather products have a unique natural leather smell because they are not artificially deodorized.

The smell may be especially strong immediately after purchase, but it will fade with use.

The degree of smell varies depending on humidity and the season. If you are concerned about the smell, we recommend drying the product in the shade in a well-ventilated place.

Please choose a well-ventilated place out of the sun as much as possible for storage.

Please note that the use of artificial deodorizers may have the opposite effect.
